Dog Being Hugged

Surrender Your Pet

Being a guardian, like a parent, can be tough. We have to take the time to care for our pets, consider how they will be affected by our life changes, and sometimes, have to figure out how to handle their behavioral or medical issues.

It can feel overwhelming when a challenge exists with your pet or life throws you a curve ball. Save-A-Pet is here to help, while we are not able to accept every cat or dog that a pet owner tries to surrender, we can offer some hope by providing pet owners with information and resources in hopes that your pet may remain in your home.
